| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He started his career as a programmer and then the next few years, he was mainly doing Technical Support/Application Support and kind of like a consultant as well. His last role was with ICON PLC as a Senior System Support Specialist where he was doing L1 and L2 support for their individual ERP. Before this, he was with Intouch, client Netflix, as a Senior Technical Support Associate where he played a major part in incident management, finding root-cause, and application support with the major tools. He also was with Lacara Inter Corp as a Help Desk Specialist where he worked with major government entities in Singapore, he was mainly the account manager and support person for them as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his ability to manage applications effectively managing 50+ people. He can handle software very efficiently such as create a log, monitor, and do support as well for different applications. He is good with deep diving and researching on the issues, finding the root-cause, and fix it. |
