Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has close to decade of experience in Post-Silicon Validation or Test Engineering, he majorly worked on digital RF and analog circuits as well. He started off his career as a Hardware Design Engineer where he did radar design and hardware development for RFN. After that, he moved to XXXX as a Lead Test Engineer where he worked for a client, XXXX, for 4-5 years and did lots of digital ATPG, delay faults, and other digital-oriented test cases. After that, he also worked for RBC PR, a core power reduction technology for modem chipsets and processors, chipsets, and he was also in charge of the temperature sensor characterization of the chips. After that, he moved to RFN microwave project; he also worked there on bench characterization and test engineering where he consulted for test cases and test development using LabView and test/architecture. After this, he moved to XXXX as a Product Development Engineer where he handled fuse architecture and holds off all QL kind of roles where he was doing program management and handling about 60 people. After that, he moved to XXXX as a Lead Test Engineer where he is handling their major multiphase power portfolio; they are doing FTE, hardware development, broke development, and program conversion and delivery, up to releasing the stable program to the market. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be Analog and RF, Post-Silicon Validation from the digital and testing as well. He has been doing testing since the start of his career, he’s also doing some analog hardware design but not on a design engineer level, they are only there to support cases of the chipsets. |
