| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has completed his Masters in Electronics and Communication and started his career after that. He initially joined a startup where he worked mostly on receiver end for programmable gain amplifier, it was a completely CMOS design and has worked on some other chips as well. After his time with XXXX as a Senior Analog & RFIC Design Engineer, he joined XXXX as a Senior Product Development Engineer where he joined the IP development team and designed a ring oscillator from scratch and was a fully differential block. Due to Covid, he wasn’t able to continue the project but he joined XXXX as a Senior Design Engineer where he was working on a fully integrated PWM with voltage regulator. He has worked there from pre layout to post layout and some sign off activities. He also was a Lead Design Engineer for XXXX, it was doing great the first few weeks with them but left after some months due to some internal concerns. He then went to work with XXXX as a Lead Design Engineer and have worked already on different projects including a LPDDR54 and LPDDR 4X. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be power management and block circuits domain since these are what he mostly is doing for current and previous roles. He is also good with high-speed services. 3.Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has been working with analog circuit design for many years now specializing in baseband <1 GHz. Knowledgeable with VLSI and circuit designs, also more focused on working with ADCs rather than DACs. Has also experience of full product development cycle especially during his time with XXXX where he was involved from concept to production. Doesn’t have much experience with RTL bus is good with Verilog. |
