| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has completed his BTech from College of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He worked for a couple of years in XXXX as a Systems Engineer where he worked on systems of the rack and piece of the flagship devices of the company. After that, he completed his Masters in XXXX in Microelectronics, then joined XXXX as an Analog Engineer; he worked there on various analog products of the company, he initially started with the RF chain which are used in the wireless interface, also did some big systems and some blocks as well; one of them is a three-power amplifier and another is the square estimation circuit. Later on, he moved on to designing 1125 MSPS Calibration ADC which will be used as a background DC in many of their product to measure internal voltages. He also worked on one ADC product which is released as DC3910 in the market that is as IDC architecture of 10-bit and 125 MSPS; worked on one amplifier which is the front end device for driving the 16-bit ADC called as DC3666. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be analog design and considers it as his expertise as well. He also have strong background and experience in it because of his Masters in Microelectronics. He’s also versatile in working with people and cross-functional teams. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has been doing analog circuit design from baseband to <1 GHz, has been doing analog circuit design in general since he started his career. He’s also experienced with VLSI, and strong with ADCs, DACs, have worked on several products in it; also proficient with high-speed amplifiers and sample & hold circuits. He did some knowledge/foundation in RTL, Verilog, and digital design during his Master’s but haven’t used it on a professional level yet. Also, was involved in the whole product development cycle from start to end in his recent project for ADC39XX, he’s also currently leading a technical team of 2 for the past 7+ months. |
