| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has completed his MSc in Information Technology and after that, started his career as Mobile Application Developer where he has developed projects for Android applications, Swift applications, and also led a team of two for several projects. After that, he joined a product-based company where he was the first developer and led the team into defining a solution for AI automation testing tools used for MNCs. He was responsible there for defining architectures of the code flow, technologies to be used, and resolution to problems. Currently, he’s doing his own venture with two other co-founders where he is defining the technology and do both frontend/backend coding as well for their target community; they provide cloud and mobile application in that business. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be in the IT industry for the last decade, he is strong with Java, PHP, and backend stuff as well as defining core solution for their products. He also is good with providing unique solutions through technology, designing architecture for software of the product, and defining requirements for their developers. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has experience in team/people management and also coding/development stuff since he started his career as a mobile application developer then gradually shifted to being a technical lead. Most of his experience is within AI area such as development of optimization, testing tools, mobile applications (community apps, food delivery apps, payment gateway apps) and IoT devices. In terms of full stack development, has experience with both Node and Express in the backend and Angular for frontend. Good with MongoDB and MySQL for databases, also knowledgeable with DevOps and has experience hosting on both AWS and GCP. |
