| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has around 16+ years of mobile development experience across US, UAE, and Europe, all in-person roles but for the past two years, has been working remotely from India. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from XXXX in Chicago. After that, he got internship at XXXX and worked on the GPS device team launching the iPhone, Motorola signed up for Android. After 10 years in Chicago, he moved to XXXX and was the Lead Developer for entertainment applications on tablets and mobile phones, worked with business partners like Samsung and LG. After 12 years in the US, he moved to Dubai and joined XXXX as a Software Architect Mobile where he worked on code architecture, deployment to playstore for both customer application and the driver app; also responsible for hiring new developers, expanding the team, deploying the applications, and stuff. After that position, he went to Austria and joined XXXX as a Software Architect for Mobile again where he was the lead developer for fintech banking applications. Currently, he is working with XXXX as a developer for e-learning platform for expanding technical skillsets. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be mobile development architecture; he has great experience with Flutter, Dart, Android/iOS, React Native, and such so he can easily code and lead teams; is good with AWS and Firebase as well. He has about 6 years of experience in Flutter, Dart, Android, Kotlin, and Java and has 8 years of React Native experience. Has 10-12 years of Agile experience as well so can confidently work on it; for the past 2-3 years, he’s been doing tech lead and architect roles so can handle it in an effective way. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 16+ years of experience in the software development industry and has started his career with Java so would not be a problem. Also good Flutter and Dart, for database, he’s also good with SQL Server.
