| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has 12+ years of experience in the IT Industry. His main tech stack is Java, ReactJS, and Oracle. He started off as a Game Developer and Software Engineer in India then went to New Zealand to take his Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science. After graduating there, he worked in NZ for several years mainly as a Web & Game Developer where he did used lots of different web technologies. Last 2018, he went back to India and joined XXXX as a Senior Software Engineer where he was involved in developing and designing software applications for them. He also has great experience with Spring Boot and Microservices; in his last role, he mostly used Java and ReactJS. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be programming in Java; he’s also good with working on APIs and has integrated SMS notification to one of their applications before. He’s also good with problem solving skills and doing projects from scratch especially during his time in New Zealand. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He is looking for Java Programmer/Developer roles. He can program in ancient Java language and newer technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, and ReactJS. Can also write SQL queries and can contribute well in creating applications, new features, and such. Great with handling and managing people as well. |
