| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has been working in the software development, especially frontend technologies for the past 4 years. He is currently a Software Engineer for XXXX where they are working on a music application, very similar to Spotify, and it mainly operates in ReactJS and NextJS; he’s taking care of about 60% front end app as well as 40% of the backend. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Senior Systems Engineer where he has built a dashboard for the project that he was assigned to, both of these roles he has worked in ReactJS and NodeJS for the backend. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his advanced experience in frontend technologies especially React.js and for backend technologies especially Node.js. He rates himself a 9 out of 10 in both frontend and backend development. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has 4+ years of experience in software development and has great leverage of React, Next, Node, and Express.js, as well as MongoDB for the database part; most of his recent projects are running in these frameworks. He also has studied and learned AI-related integrations for a previous freelance project where he had to integrate LLM models to the client’s frontend. |
