| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has done his Master’s in Computer Science from Mumbai and in his career, he has been working as a software engineer mostly using JavaScript stack; he is inclined towards front end but also knows back end. Currently, he is working with XXXX as a Software Engineer – Level 2 where he mostly communicate with the backend team to decide on new features to build. After they have the designs ready, they will start building the front end of the app, discuss the responses format and APIs with the back end team as well. He had previous experiences as well as a Software Engineer and Application Engineer. For the tech stack, he’s mostly familiar with React.js, Next.js, Gatsby.js, Remix.js and all this frameworks built on top of JavaScript and React. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be the entire JavaScript stack and he’s comfortable with all of them. If he was to choose specifics from it, he’s proficient with React.js or Next.js and rates himself around 4.5 out of 5 in both; has been using them since the beginning of his career. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 5+ years of overall experience in the software development industry, mostly inclined with frontend. He has great proficiency with all HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node and Angular; considers React as his strongest and can work seamlessly with Vue.js as well. |
