| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She has completed her Bachelors in Information Technology and completed her Masters in Computer Science and Engineering. While doing this, she’s also worked as an Assistant Professor in XXXX. After that, joined as a Software Developer in XXXX where she worked on a trading platform exchange system; she worked there as a Java backend developer and also used various microservices as well as Rest APIs. She is currently enrolled in her PhD in machine learning domain for ecommerce platforms sentiment analysis. She had to take a break due to maternity complications and is now back to look for opportunities. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be Java, Spring Boot, and microservices since these are the main tech stack she used to work on her last role’s trading platform. During her time as an Assistant Professor, she also taught the subjects including Java, operating systems, HTML/CSS, and object-oriented analysis. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Currently doing her PhD in Machine Learning and is knowledgeable with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and deep learning. She has been working with ML for about 3 years now in her PhD. Strong with Python and has some understanding of R programming language as well. Knowledgeable about both Tensorflow and Pytorch, and has experience with cloud services as well such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. |
