| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has recently completed his PhD and his thesis was analysing speech signals using different machine learning approaches. After that, he joined XXXX as a Signal Processing Engineer where he develops end-to-end ASR models for non-English low resource language. In between his studies, he also was a Junior Research Fellow in the R&D Section of XXXX in Assam. He started off as a Systems Engineer for XXXX where he did application development using COBOL, TACL, and SQL. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be deep learning, machine learning, and different signal processing aspects. He is also good with communicating, creating reports/presentations, and technical skills such as deep learning, machine learning, and statistical concepts. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has been into machine learning, artificial intelligence, and deep learning for the past 4-5 years. Strong with Python and good with both Tensorflow and Pytorch. Also starting to explore cloud technologies now including AWS, Azure, and GCP. |
