| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He completed his Masters in Signal Processing and before that he was working as an Associate Software Engineer for XXXX. Currently, he’s with XXXX where he started off as a Machine Learning Engineer and now he’s promoted to Senior Machine Learning Engineer. He is mainly working on proof of concepts for multiple clients, working on computer vision, and for the past two years, he has been working with specific clients for a task of document processing. For the past 8 months, he has been managing a team of eight members, do code reviews, and pipeline development. Basically, the main focus of his work is development of deep learning, machine learning models, training pipelines, data pipelines, ML Ops pipelines, and also work closely with other teams such as DevOps and Annotation team. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be deep learning models development in any domain. He has good understanding of DevOps pipeline and production-ready systems as well. Great with management as well and has been handling 8-10 people currently including ML Engineer, Python developers, and annotators. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has strong experience with machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence; has been doing this since the start of his career. Proficient with Python programming language along with ML libraries including Tensorflow, Pytorch, and most of his deployment are done in AWS cloud. |
