| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has a total of about 12 years of experience in web development and for the last eight years, he has worked in XXXX as a Senior Full Stack Developer, mostly serving as a Team Lead and an individual contributor as well. He is working in a UK-based project which is a document portal management which is completely based on saving the assets for their future generations; he is using Angular, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS Cloud, and BHPD framework as a backend for this project. On a daily basis, he attends customer client meeting, interact with other customers on getting their requirements, deadlines, Spring planning, and is also involved with estimations, impact analysis, code review, implementation development, and deployment as well. He also supports different teams in Angular creation based setups or any bug fixes or any other new proof of concepts. He initially started off working on different ecommerce applications like Magento, CMS applications, and has worked on WordPress, Joomla, and basic core PHP as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his great adaptability to new technologies and different frameworks. Also great with leading a team, he’s currently helping a junior team of 5 members both mobile front end and back end team; he’s great with communicating with them, evaluating, and guiding them. On the technical side, he’s great with Angular, React, Typescript, and JavaScript; he is also good with Node.js and Vue.js. For the backend, he’s great with PHP and E framework. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has about 12+ years of experience in the software development industry so will be fit for the development team lead role; aside from being an individual contributor, he’s also working with some junior members by guiding and helping them. Considers himself strongest with Typescript and JavaScript; has some knowledge of Python, university knowledge only of Java and C#. For the infrastructure side, he’s only knowledgeable with FTP and transferring of data. |
