| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She has completed her PhD from XXXX and her main focus area was machine learning and specifically multi-label classification. She’s also interested with artificial intelligence and have worked on this area since her BTech days. She has worked in different data sets and different types of machine learning models over the years and has built different models with neural networks and decision trees as well. Proficient with tools and models as well in machine learning such as C++, Matlab, Python, and such. Has published around 10 papers and conference, journals in this field. After that, she was on maternity break so not currently working anywhere. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be machine learning technology and technical skills since she has worked on this area for many years now; she’s good with different classifications and clustering tools, have worked with neural networks as well. During her PhD thesis, she has worked with auto encoders in decision trees as well and has worked with some of data mining. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has PhD in Computer Science focusing on Machine Learning. Strong with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Learning. Has worked with Python programming language, also has prior knowledge to R but has mostly focused on Matlab programming which she believes is very similar to it. Familiar with ML libraries such as Tensorflow and Pytorch as well. Has worked on a collaboration with a student so she has basic knowledge of AWS cloud. |
