| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She has around 3+ years of experience as a Python Developer. In between her graduation, she was placed in XXXX and started off as a Jr. QA Analyst for them. She was then assigned as an ML Engineer where she implemented automation solutions for chatbots using advanced ML models, also is a Chatbot Developer currently for them where she works on the development and improvement of XXXX chatbot. She is generally an ML Engineer for them since 2022 and is responsible for automating data extraction for XXXX using robust pipelines and models. In this role, she is mostly doing sprints, managing a small team of 3-4 people, and also helps with successful production deployment. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be Python since she has been working on this for the past 3 years. She’s also good with C and Java; proficient with SQL, NoSQL, Pandas, and such. Also knowledgeable with new neural networks, deep learning models, and measuring learning models as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has plans on taking up her MTech in the next few months/years. Strongest with Python and also knows a bit of R programming language, good with C and Java as well. Great knowledge with machine learning and artificial intelligence, as well as deep learning and neural networks. Has experience with ML libraries as well including TensorFlow and PyTorch; in terms of cloud technologies, she’s familiar with AWS cloud platform. |
