| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He started his career way back 2018 and joined XXXX as a Senior Software Engineer mostly involved with data science and research & development team. He basically solved problems and built platforms as well for their clients; he also has worked with customer segmentation for MLR and dynamic threshold anomaly, also with a computer vision project including digital verification system. After that, joined XXXX as a Machine Learning Engineer where he was involved with around 5-6 projects and onboarded them into AWS, most of them are NLP-based models and after that, moved to XXXX as a Machine Learning Engineer again. He also was involved here with DevOps and ML, they enhanced a product and support a new feature on that as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be machine learning engineering, supporting models for production level. He’s also good with data science and is still actively participating with activities related to that. In terms of tech stack, he’s using Python and AWS on a daily basis. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has almost 6 years of experience in the industry into which most of that is relevant to machine learning. Strong with Python, uses it on a daily basis and proficient with ML libraries such as Tensorflow, PySpark, and Flask. For cloud platforms, he’s good with both AWS and Azure. |
