| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Before his Masters, he was associated with XXXX and was a Software Engineer for them. His first project there was to build feature extraction based service and worked on XXXX as well for them where he has his first introduction to ML and AI. Then he took his Masters and specialized in Machine Learning there. After completing his Masters, he joined XXXX as a Machine Learning Engineer and was able to work on fine tuning Bert model and had to fine tune it with respect to their database. Later on, they had to build a neural network from scratch and had to train and deploy it for different clients. After that, he worked with a couple of startups at XXXX and was involved in projects such as building chat bot, building/fine tuning LLM, and generate reports for their users. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be Python and has worked for machine learning over the past few years as well. He’s good with machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, and considers these as his major domains of work. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Would be interested to take up PhD in the near future and also has great knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence during his last roles. Strong with Python, knows the basics of R, and also great knowledge of deep learning and LLMs. Also mostly uses TensorFlow for ML libraries. |
