| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She is a Java full stack developer with about 4+ years of experience and has worked for cognition, technology, and solutions currently with XXXX. She has worked on banking and fintech domain using her main tech stack which are Java Springboot, Spring Data JPA, Microservices, and coming to the front end, she’s well versed with Angular framework and has great knowledge of AWS Cloud, MySQL, and MongoDB. She was involved with different projects already and has done some projects from scratch. She also works like a security engineer since she has to ensure their code is securable, should not be hacked and not vulnerable. Apart from that, she’s also joining sprints, pick up any assigned tasks/requirements to her, and do enhancements of new or existing features as well. Lastly, she is involved with peer code reviews and is involved in giving feedbacks or suggestions. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be Java Springboot, Spring Data JPA, Microservices, Rest APIs, and the complete Java and Spring framework. In terms of databases, she’s good with MySQL and MongoDB, as well as AWS Cloud. Has great knowledge and experience with Angular framework as well; she is more inclined on Java backend development but also has around 20% of frontend experience. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has 4+ years of full stack development experience mostly in Java backend, Spring boot, and Spring framework. She has great experience with Python and PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and would be willing to learn more about JS libraries and frameworks such as React, Next, Node, and Express.
