He completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering. After graduation, he joined XXXX as a DevOps Engineer where he is mainly doing various cloud technologies especially Azure, he is proficient with Azure DevOps and does CI/CD tasks. They also uses variety of tools and technologies for their daily tasks since they are supposed to use them for solving any customer issues. They are basically resolving tickets from customers as quickly as they can, he is also investigating some tickets to see if there’s anything he can help with to fix it. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skills would be troubleshooting issues since he is good with pointing out different pain points accordingly. He can easily fix and find solution for issues related with their tools as well as customer’s issues. He also has minimal skills in programming language such as C#, Angular, and SQL as well. 3.
