| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She is currently an Assistant Manager for XXXX where she joined in the data science domain. Her role here is to generate target NFR, basically the business development part and also train people on machine learning, data science, business analytics/intelligence, and such. Before that, she was with XXXX as a Sr. Content Associate where she was responsible for analysing their data and deliver high quality content. She was also with XXXX as an Assistant Professor and also finished her PhD in Data Science & Machine Learning where she worked on multiple projects focused on Disinformation Detection using machine learning and deep learning technologies. During her PhD as well, she has presented papers in reputed journals and top-tier conferences, also received the best paper award in 2021. Before her PhD, she also was an Assistant Professor for several engineering colleges in India. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be machine learning and has worked with different Python libraries such as Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, and in terms of machine learning, she’s strong with data visualization using PowerBI and Tableau as well, good with other BI tools as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has around 7+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning. Strong with deep learning and artificial intelligence since she has been working on these in the past few years and her PhD as well. Proficient with Python and knowledgeable of R programming language as well. Has theoretical knowledge of cloud services although hasn’t used it for professional projects yet. |
