| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has 15+ years of experience in software development and right now he is currently working as a Tech Lead. He is managing two areas; one is for C++ Full Stack Development and the other one is for Java Full Stack Development. He is managing complete portfolio in C++, where they developed C business services with high availability and low latency within 50 to 100 milliseconds. For the portfolio, he is handling the positions, orders, trades and trade trial. These are all developments, and they are managing that, and they have only proxy service which will connect to the exchange then pass them through the downstream through Kafka. Then for Java, he is managing risk management systems in java side. Here, he is managing complete risk automation for RMS operations. For these projects, they are using React for the frontend and Springboot for backend and MySQL for their database to store the position and Redis for cache and for communication, they are using the cache Kafka event process. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? He specializes in developing C++ websites by developing its high availability and low latency of such web applications. 3.Do you have the list/s of key criteria that the client needs? He has worked with typescript or JavaScript very long back and not recently and he rates himself 3 out of 5 in using this language. For Java, he is currently leading java development team in XXXX, which means he is capable of using Java in a daily basis. He had used C# as well from the past, from 5 to 6 years ago, especially ASP.Net by converting it to assemblies. For Python, in his current project, right where the C++ services is, there they generate some reports using Python.
