| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He finished BCA in Bangalore and initially got into web publication development. After some time, he moved to Dubai and joined XXXX as an Application Developer/Front End Developer, he was responsible there for architecting the web application for their consumers, CRM, and sales dashboard for internal teams. He was also involved there with lots of APIs and data analytics. After that, he joined XXXX as a Senior Application Developer where he was the only developer since it’s a start up; he built application there from scratch using Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and JavaScript, mostly front end applications. He also assisted in some backend development using Node.js and Express, assisted in building some endpoints, Restful APIs, and good experience in e-commerce as well. His last role was a Team Lead and Senior Developer for XXXX where he was leading 8-10 people and was basically doing resource/project management, understanding the requirements from stakeholders, implementing features, and getting into coding and development as well from time to time. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be front end development since he has been doing this for the past 10 years; has built applications from scratch to deployment. Has great experience with backend development and team leading as well for the past 4-5 years. Has done some work in DevOps related stuff using AWS and Google Cloud, as well as Docker. In terms of tech stack experience, he’s great with Vue.js, React, and all other front end technologies. He’s also done database management, building Restful APIs, and integrating payments. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 10+ years of overall experience in software development mostly focused with front end applications, recently was leaning into backend and full stack development as well. Great experience with Typescript and JavaScript, has picked up some Python during his studies, and willing to learn Java and C#. Has some knowledge and understanding of networking protocols and concepts but doesn’t have professional experience with it yet. |
