| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has Ph.D and MBA Coursework in the XXXX, he had his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at XXXX. During his Bachelor, he had the opportunity to be a full-time research scholar in South Korea, he was a BI Developer there. His main role and responsibilities there was to do metrics scanning to get valuable insights. He was previously an Assistant Professor for XXXX where he was worked as a PowerBI trainer which helped him having background with business analyst. He is currently with XXXX as a Strategy Consultant where he worked on an FMCG project for XXXX and acted as a Business Analyst. He is currently working as a Business Analyst for Salesforce Microsoft with XXXX, he is collecting the requirements for the entire migration project. He is also leading the R&D team of 6 people where they’re working on AI-based, ERP and CRM-based projects. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his soft skills especially his leadership skills; he ensures his team is aligned with the project requirements and their goals. Also, he’s always available to help his clients and can be flexible with them. For the hard skills, he has strong and advanced PowerBI/SQL development skills; he has prepared more than 60 dashboards in the last 3 years and also a PowerBI trainer. He’s mostly using SQL for data engineering tasks. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has almost 3 years of experience with Business Analyst roles/position. He also has great experience with ERP and CRM since he has been working with these kinds of projects for the past years. In terms of project management, he’s proficient with it since he has been leading several people for quite some time now and has been handling the whole project together with them.
