He has been involved with various projects and domains such as insurance, CRM, logistics, travels/tourism, and ecommerce sites as well. Currently, he’s a Senior Business Analyst for XXXX where he is handling life insurance software used mainly for insurance industries; he is part of the software application as a senior business analyst where he is handling a team of 10 members including testers, implementation specialist, and the development team. Before this, he was a Team Lead Business Analyst for XXXX where he was leading a team of about 20 members, assigning tasks for them, managing clients, and reviewing documents/escalations as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his great flexibility in various projects under various domains. He can pick up any project whether it’s a simple or complex one in any domain possible; he can manage projects very well and that would be his expertise. For the tools/technologies, he’s excellent with Microsoft Azure for documentation, Confluence, and Jira for Agile development and issue tracking system. |
