Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has 5.3 years of experience in automation, mobile, API, and software testing. He started his career as a Software tester in India and currently he is s Senior Software tester in XXX and working on 2 projects for his two clients which are the XXX charted bank and XXX Pvt Ltd. He has 3 years of experience automation testing, and the rest is for his manual testing experience. His role and responsibilities are to attend the daily set of calls and they will be ging the new requirements along with writing the test cases go to the manual then automation testing. He is using Selenium for the automation testing together with the java as a programming language. They also use Jira as a backtracking tool. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? He said that he is good in the automation testing and rates his skills for that 4 out of 5 and has 3 years of experience using it. When it comes to mobile testing, he rates his skills for that 4 out of 5 and for software testing 4 out of 5 as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has an experience in SQL and they are currently using it to work on their project and he also has 2 years of experience on it. He does have an experience in writing test cases for more than 3 years and 2 years writing test plans. He does have a background in JMeter because he tried to learn it for 1 month and know some of its basics. |
