It was basically a verification call, which has been done by the company. For example, when the customer takes any insurance, then after taking the insurance, they get a verification call. They used to verify each and every detail of the customer, like personal details, the plan details, and everything else, and when the customer said “Yes,” all the details were correct. Then they proceed with the plan, or else if there is some minor mistake or something is wrong, then they complain about it, and they update it from their end, and afterward, the issue is resolved. 2. He is good at technical supporting, and communication and is a problem solver 3. In his previous experience he dealt mostly with retention and business development and catching new partners and he would then help them have a better experience. 4. He is a recent graduate with 6 months of the-performance experience as a customer service representative and 6 months of networking experience. |
