Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He started his career as a PHP Web Developer in charge of all the platforms of their research department. He was also responsible for building applications from scratch based on both PHP and JavaScript to help their research department gather documents and data. After that, worked with XXXX first as a SharePoint Developer then moved to web development for their ecommerce platform. After that, he was promoted to Functional Analyst and later on got the chance to become a Senior Functional Analyst as well. He’s now an IT manager for the development team working mostly on e-commerce platforms, websites, and mobile applications. Under him are 16 members consisting of developers, analysts, and integrators. His main responsibility is to guide these people and keep their company updated of new technologies to give better experience to their customers. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skills would be his good memory and can easily capture information, get the context as well which helps the whole team in discussing business requirements and solutions. As a manager, he also considers himself good at getting his team feel good about themselves. He’s a very technical guy and has good background as a developer, he can gather all information from business and translate them into technical language. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He is specifically looking for Business Analyst roles since his background is more on managing/handling functional teams. He also has large idea on how to build the system and how they work behind the scene since he has worked closely with the business team. |
