| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Graduated from XXXX with Bachelor of Business Administration. Since then, he had acquires lots of professional experience in the retail, banking, and data industry where he is leaning currently for opportunities. Started off as a Customer Service Representative for XXXX where he also used PowerBI and Tableau to visualize and extract data to study for customer satisfaction. After that, worked as a Full Cycle Accountant for XXXX where he used Python and SQL to automate processes and optimize financial operations. He also was a Bank Teller for XXXX in which he was later on promoted as a Database Accounting Officer where he handled more on the data and tech side; he made several specialized codes that can be used for the company’s internal software to identify financial issues. In this company he learned a lot better of Python, SQL, and R as well; he has completed his IBM Data Science Professional Certificate as well recently. He is currently working on a dashboard where they can implement all the previous research he did and predict how the foreign exchange will behave. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skills would be data analysis, forecasting, and such and has acquired these over the past few years of his career. For his soft skills, he is excellent with presentations, public-speaking, his research skills are great as well. For programming languages, he’s good with Python and considers it his strongest language. Good with SQL as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He is specifically looking for data analyst roles since he has acquired tools and skills that are needed for a data analyst candidate. He is proficient in using SQL to merge datasets, manipulate data, and get information. He is also using Python to transform those data into financial models, graphs, and tell story with the data acquired. Good with Machine Learning as well, reading predictive analysis from data, create real time information, and automation procedure. Also have completed an IBM course in Data Science so he’s experience with R, Tableau, and PowerBI. |
