| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He started off as an Engineer/Junior Project Manager and later on a Project Manager for XXXX via XXXX. After that, got into consulting in the capital market space and worked on few trading platforms where he did different capacities such as project management, test management, and general consulting. He also was exposed to BA works such as taking requirements, helping with the testing, presenting the clients, and later on he went to core consulting in both public and private sector. He then worked with XXXX and a couple of other government agencies as well, he’s currently in Sydney for several months now and has been doing some contract project management back for the capital market side of things for an ETF company. He’s been doing some internal projects with them such as CRM, risk management system, and accounting system migration. He’s now looking for opportunities in the Middle East. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be digital transformation and mitigating risk and issues, also try to get things done. He’s quite good at identifying bottlenecks and where resources are where they are needed to be. Great with overcoming barriers, proficient with project delivery and hitting deadlines as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? In terms of the tools and technology that he’s currently using as a project manager would be KDB code, Unix, SQL, good with Excel and Microsoft Suite. He is also known to PowerBI and dashboards, as well as implemented CRM, SAPs, and things like that. He has done some red hat testing and stress testing as well. |
