She also responsible for training for Microsoft product and she also helps in creating the documentation using Azure and O365. She also has an experience in handling the new joiners for their team. They have a global team all over the world and she was uncharged of training them and help in implementing the processes for them. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? She has a strong Microsoft knowledge since it was also her first job and she also has a strong customer facing experience and she can deal with different queries and technical questions, and she makes sure that she understands their needs and she also has a strong problem-solving technique and she also happened to be a sales support team and her team has been recognized by the leaders and team members. 3. She is also into customer facing/sales facing roles and she has a good communication skill, and she is also good in technical side and other than that she had her internship with Air India and has a Marketing degree and in her internship she evolved herself in the financial SAP tools for 2 months and helped the administration. |
