He is a Sales Operations with over a decade of experience and operations and management throughout his career, he has held various roles and responsibilities in finance and operations for responsibilities being both global as well as regional. He also worked on stakeholder management where he handled multiple stakeholders in various cross-functional teams such as product sales, legal, HR, and various industries. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? He has a strong data analysis background and policy integration background. He has worked with Media and Financial companies and also with media companies. 3. Fintech/Blockchain/Crypto- He has experience in financial reports as well as system integration where the payment aspects were integrated into the system of the current CRM of the organization. What he did was he integrated multiple regions into our CRM at Byte Dance where they were supporting the South overall Southeast Asian market. 4. Fintech- He was looking after the financial aspect, and that is what he has the most experience in. He was looking after the financial aspect. Regarding that, he was downloading various reports from the CRM analyzing them making them actionable, and providing various insights to the top management. He makes sure that he understands the local regulations identifies the payment methods that are being currently used and also considers some regulatory impacts in the country. |
