He is in Dubai for 14 years and he had been with Network International for 11 years and it is a Fintech company and he also worked with a Telecom company for B2B business and he started his career as a billing officer and after that he was promoted as a Manager to lead a small team in Finance. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? His strongest skills are in analytics, team management and strategy and leading a team and he has a good analytical skill. He is also good with connecting with people and breaking the ice. He is also a good negotiator and he also good in closing issues and providing solutions. 3. He also worked as a Business Manager and was responsible for financial institutions and he worked with 160-180 customers in Africa and Middle East and they serve them in the ATM services and he manages the end-to-end function of it. He was in charge of preparing the business case and present it to the executives. 4. Apart from that, he was also engaged for the budgeting and forecasting project and does it annually and monthly and he is also in charge of the group strategy program and they create a plan and work on changes and he also works with the billing team since the previous employee just left. He also works with all the billing reconciliation. 5. He also works on monthly reporting of numbers, operating reviews and etc and this was his 4th promotion in the recent years prior to that he lived in Pakistan where he started his career and then he was born in Saudi Arabia. |
