| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is currently working as a Senior Technical Project Analyst with XXXX when projected externally, but his work internally is onboarding and implementation project manager where they are helping their clients transfer their healthcare data from one system into another. Once the sale is completed, the client would be directed to their team where they helped them get familiarized with the system through trainings and documentations; he is also the one talking with the development team and setting the client’s profile once done. He is primarily responsible for client onboarding, stakeholder management, data integration/migration, and such. Before that, he was working with XXXX as a Catalog Associate where he worked on vendor onboarding and stakeholder management and was part of seven different team in the ecommerce industry. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be client management skills and stakeholder management skills since he has been interacting with clients directly for the past 7 years of his experience. He knows already the pulse width of each client once he starts familiarizing with them. In terms of technologies/ software, he is well-versed with Excel, Zendesk, Salesforce, Trello, and Smartsheets; recently has been working with Kanban as well. |
