With four years of experience in the gaming and advertising industry focusing in sales and marketing, he currently works at XXXX, an advertising platform, where he secures advertising budgets from top Chinese gaming companies like XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, while also obtaining traffic supply from gaming publishers. His role involves business development on both the demand and supply sides, and he recently advanced to a managerial position, leading the global BVD team. Before XXXX, he worked at XXXX, helping smaller gaming studios publish their games in international markets such as the US and Europe. His expertise spans mobile games, account management, sales, and team leadership, having led a team of 4 to 8 members at XXXX who advised gaming clients on game evaluation and publishing strategies. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? He is a quick learner who rapidly adopts new business practices. At his current company, he became the first Chinese account manager for the Chinese market and the first business developer to secure additional supply from this region.
