| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has completed his PhD in Communication and Computer Engineering where he worked on Support Vector Neural Network and that’s the time he got fascinated as well in the AI and ML world. Before doing his PhD, he was an Assistant Professor for one of the reported institutes in Maharashtra. Then after his PhD, he joined XXXX as a Machine Learning Engineer and was familiarized with different approaches of AI/ML including healthcare or finance, marketing, and business aspects as well. Currently, he’s working with XXXX as a Machine Learning Specialist where he was involved in client interactions and design methodology, propose models and solutions for them as well. He has published numerous research papers related to the AI and ML applications for developed service, attack detection, and recommendation systems. He’s also good with the process of machine learning model building to carry out data cleaning, data preparation, and some data gathering if needed. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be implementing AI/ML and data science related solutions. In terms of technical expertise, he’s proficient with data analytics platforms like Snowflake, Python, SQL, and machine learning models as well. He’s also a good team player, confident and hardworking, and a quick learner as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Completed his PhD in Communication and Computer Engineering last 2019. Great experience and knowledge with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and deep learning as well; has 5 years of relevant experience in it. Strong with Python and has Tensorflow as well. He’s currently working on AWS using Lambda functions in his current project. |
