| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is currently undergoing his PhD in Electrical Engineering where his research focus is in speech representation, learning, concise representations of speech for audio retrieval tasks. Currently, his focus has shifted to generative speech AI; he has good overview of all discriminative and generative approaches for speech processing. He also is familiar with computer vision, LLP, NLP, and his main expertise are with representation learning, large audio models, and some text conditioning as well for generation of better speech. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be coding in Pytorch and Python, has good expertise in training models in Pytorch and formulation training tasks. He has been using mainly speech-based models like AudioLM and others. Good with NLP, can train and fine tune models as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He is currently pursuing his PhD in Electrical Engineering. Knowledgeable with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and deep learning; has been working on them for the past 3-4 years of his PhD. Strong with coding in Python, Pytorch, and have some basic experience with Tensorflow. Not much experience with cloud platforms yet but is willing to learn more about it. |
