He has about 4+ years of experience in software and implementation engineering. For the last 2 years, he has been working with XXXX as a Software Support Engineer where he is responsible for giving comprehensive L2 support to clients, implement software solutions, conduct regular sponsor testing, and database management as well. He is also giving training to their customers about their software products. Before this, he was with XXXX where he was also a Software Trainer for them. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skills would be his great fast-learning skills since he is eager to learn new technologies. He is also good with multitasking and good with managing big number of clients, previously handled around 50+ clients. He is proficient with using SQL Server, .Net framework installation, and software implementations as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He is basically looking for software support or software implementation engineer. He believes he has spent lots of time already in listening to customer’s issues, escalating to the developers, and giving solution to the customers as soon as possible. He is also involved in doing projects from the scratch up to the end. In terms of software skills, he’s good with SQL database as well. |
