His current company does Real Estate in Cyprus and Greece and he sells property through partners in China and Russia and because of COVID-19 he wasn’t able to return back to China and he was focused in the Russian Market and he works with Russian Real Estate Companies and he also work on finding partners and those potential clients for the properties and they also does investment opportunities. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? His main skills is more on communication and he attend exhibitions by himself and he can talk to a lot of people in different languages and he has a fast learning ability. 3. He calls people and ask if they want to build relationship with their partners in Cyprus and Greece and he also does training for their new partners and he is also helping in expanding and opening in new markets and does the presentations about the details of their property. He does B2B sales. 4. After a while around 2020, he came back to China and he practiced his Chinese and find partnerships in China and he lived in China for 5 years and started opening the Chinese market. He organized priority meetings with brokers in Beijing. 5. He has a background in Finance and his background is correlated in Finance and Economics and did some Finance works with a garment company and he worked with the biggest garment company in the world and he does all the reports but it was more on the analysis. |
