| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has been working as a Software Engineer for about 8 years and has been in different domains, mostly banking and fintech sector; he has mainly been working with Java and JavaScript, React, FastAPI in PowerShell, and has good knowledge of databases including MongoDB, DocumentDB, AWS, and some DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines. He is currently a Senior Software Engineer for XXXX where they are developing new algorithm application in which users can book their tickets online using Java Spring Boot and RESTful APIs as well as microservices. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Senior Full Stack Lead and a startup called XXXX for the same positon. He started his career with XXXX as a Full Stack Developer where they developed an e-commerce websites using React.js, Node.js, Typescript, and Java. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be creating solutions for an existing issue or problem especially for companies/clients they are working with. He is good in figuring out and designing a solution based on the client’s need and requirements. For the technologies, he’s proficient with Node.js, Java Spring, Next.js, and databases in general; he’s more interested and passionate about designing algorithms, databases, so he’s more into backend development side of things. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has almost 8 years of experience in full stack development and at the same time senior and lead roles. He’s strong with both backend and frontend frameworks including RESTful and Fast APIs, JavaScript, and some UI/UX principles as well. He is keen to learn more about the web3 space although he has won a Hackathon before in the same space but hasn’t worked for it professionally since he’s more into fintech and banking sectors.
